Stretch and cotton-dense main fabric that soft-touch and it makes you comfortable while working. Stretch main fabric with ultra-stretch fabric on crotch, waist and knees (360°) provides you to have %100 freedom of mobility. Thanks to the water and oil repellent finishing, simple liquids cannot hold on to the fabric and slide down. With the feature you able to work comfortable and dried on rainy or wet environments.

Thanks to the water and oil repellent main fabric of 63% cotton, 34% polyester, 3% elastane, it has a durable and soft-touc, cotton intense structure that offers perfect flexibility. Water and oil repellent feature protects you against simple liquids. Liquids can not hold on the pant and they slide, this way you are protected and your trousers useful life extends because they are not exposed to these liquid substances.

90% Polyester, 10% Elastane fabric on ultra-stretch parts that leg crotch, waistband and knee pads (360°). This ultra-stretch fabric at the points of movement gives you complete freedom of movement.

100% Polyamide CORDURA®, water and oil repellent reinforcement fabric on knee pockets, hems, pockets, pocket flaps and wear points. In this way, extremely durable critical points prevent your pants from wearing out or tearing easly.

Thanks to the elastic part on the waistband of the trousers, you can adjust your waist from the inside. Your pockets for the tools you need for your work are cleverly designed and have the right dimensions!

FABRIC FEATURES

Main Fabric
It is made of 245 g/m², 63% cotton, 34% polyester and 3% elastane. Thanks to its dense cotton structure, a very soft and pleasant fabric handle was achieved. The dense cotton structure prevents odor from sweating and absorbs sweat so you can continue working comfortably. You will feel the comfort in every movement with Bitco BTC16B, which thanks to the included elastane has a consistent flexibility in every part of it.

Thanks to the water and oil repellent finish and the water-repellent fabric, you are protected from water and simple liquids in wet work environments or in rainy weather. This finish prevents water and simple liquids from sticking to the fabric. This way the fabric wears out less and is easy to clean. This function allows the product to be longer used indirectly.

Reinforcement Fabric
100% polyamide CORDURA® brings together the components that form the basis for longevity and trust. With this fabric on the legs, knee pads, pockets and pocket covers, all wear areas will be protected and your pants will not wear out and offer a long service life.

Stretch Parts
With its 90% polyester 10% elastane content, the stretch zones are relieved by the ultra-flexible fabric in the crotch area, knees (360°) and waistband. This gives you full freedom of movement when working.

Front cargo pockets are portable and attached to the product with a zipper. A strip of fabric is attached to the zip to prevent damage from dust and external influences and to prevent unintentional opening, and is fastened with 2 coated snaps per pocket. These bags, which can be removed when not in use, will be your biggest helpers in your business. If these pockets are full, the side pockets are designed diagonally-vertically so that the use of the 2 side pockets underneath is not impaired and it is therefore possible to use 4 pockets at the same time. There are 2 open strip containers on each of the cargo pockets. The left pocket has another zippered pocket and the right pocket has CORDURA® fabric compartments to attach your tools.

The tool pockets on the sides are the right sizes and positioned in the right places to make your job easier. There is a hammer loop, measuring tool pocket, utility knife pocket and open tool pockets on the sides of the legs. Also includes a clamshell smartphone case, a PVC coated ID card holder that is portable with snaps. A coated D-ring is located under the front cargo pocket.

At the back, the waistband has an elastic band with a button to adjust your waist to accommodate minor weight changes or size differences due to top dressing. Thanks to its high cut waist, it offers full protection and working comfortably with the structure that encloses the waist.

An open pocket and a back pocket with a flap are precisely dimensioned and reinforced. They are designed in such a way that they do not disturb you in the sitting position.

Product Care

Wash
Bitco Oise should be washed gently due to the water- and oil-repellent finish of the fabric. In this respect, as a Bitco brand, it should be washed in the normal 30° program or by hand. The product should never be washed at high temperature or program. Improper washing method can result in loss of product properties or damage to the coating of buttons, D-rings and snaps.
It can be washed by hand or with a normal program at 30 degrees!
No dryer is used after washing

Ironing
The product should not be tumble dried after washing. Product The flour should be properly hung and allowed to dry. Moderate ironing after drying will restore the water and oil repellency. Meanwhile, the iron should not stay on the product for too long and iron quickly. It helps activate the water and oil repellent finish in medium temperature products.
It is quickly ironed and then waited for it to cool.

Size selection

The Bitco Oise work trousers, which are made according to men’s cuts, use a single measurement for the inside leg length, like all other Bitco trousers, and this length is 81 cm. There is a single size chart for all Bitco work pants and users are strongly advised to check this chart before making a purchase.

Choosing the right size is important for using the product as it protects your body health. Pants that are too big or too small cause difficulties in use and create more pressure and tension on the fabric and seams than expected and in wrong places, and tears and breaks can occur.

To choose the right size, you should measure your waist circumference. Compare the circumference of the part where the pants sit on your waist with the measurements in the size chart.
